Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, technical or trade school preferred
- Strong electrical background with experience in industrial or commercial facilities
- Knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience performing preventive maintenance programs
- Familiarity with CMMS systems for work order management and PM tracking
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Journeyman or electrical certification/license
- Experience in a manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Experience with safety programs such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on electrical systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure according to established schedules
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues
- Respond to and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately document work performed, parts used, and labor time in the CMMS
- Inspect facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions
- Support maintenance of other building systems as needed (plumbing, mechanical, etc.)
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements
- Communicate effectively with operations and contractors regarding maintenance needs and status
