Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and replace production equipment, such as: tanks, pumps, agitators, gearboxes, valves, conveyors, blowers and fans while observing plant safety requirements and lock-out/tag-out procedures Report issues that are beyond their ability to fix or repair to supervision Document preventive maintenance tasks, repair activity and spare parts usage within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Perform pipefitting, welding, fabrication, equipment installation and alignments Set example for safe operation of machinery and equipment Provide feedback to management Support engineers, production operators and contractors Ability to work overtime and weekends as required to support operations or when emergencies arise
