Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience or equivalent education in Industrial Maintenance
  • PLC troubleshooting experience highly preferred; Allen Bradley and Siemens knowledge desired
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 pounds repetitively Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and/or kneel continuously
  • Availability to work overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and/or holidays as scheduled
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) i
  • Good verbal, writing, and math skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others

Responsibilities

  • Completes maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Identifies and resolves equipment malfunctions related to downtime, scrap, and performance
  • Monitors spare parts inventories and make recommendations to assure availability
  • Troubleshoots and AC / DC motor drives
  • Completes assigned work orders in a timely manner
  • Records preventative maintenance and repair data using computer based systems
  • Identifies parts and materials required for repairs and arranges procurement
  • Informs appropriate parties of and coordinates maintenance needs to minimize downtime
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment
  • Observes all Plant procedures, policies, and guidelines
  • Performs other duties as required
