Shift: PRN with rotarting weekends Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, test and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventive maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision.This position provides transportation of patients to and from the facility providing continuous observation, interaction, and role modeling to the patients while maintaining safety at all times. Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred ; two years of technical or trade school preferred.
  • Must have experience in operating a variety of hand/power tools and equipment ensuring proper safety precautions.
  • Must have experience in the area of building maintenance and basic mechanical engineering.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have complete knowledge of physical plant within two weeks of hire.
