Requirements

Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
Strong HVAC expertise, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining systems and heat pumps
Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (preferred — willing to certify you!)
Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment
Valid Driver's License
