Maintenance Technician- Part Time
About The Position
Arrowhead Housing is currently seeking a self-starting, experienced Maintenance Technician, committed to providing first-class service to our residents and takes pride in improving the overall condition of the property itself. This person will be part of an experienced maintenance team responsible for day-to-day maintenance operations including cleaning of grounds, painting, work orders and turning of units for single family homes and apartments in the greater Sacramento, Lodi and Placerville areas. The Maintenance Technicians work with the managers and residents to support the property goals. The perfect candidate will have the skills and qualifications listed below. Requirements
- Plumbing: repairs, replacing parts, installation (sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.)
- Carpentry: repairs and installs doors, shelves, counter tops, locks, etc.
- Painting: drywall/plaster repairs, painting
- Electrical/Appliance: lighting, wiring, power circuits, replacing switches, lamps, etc.
- General: cleaning, minor repairs and Maintenance Turnover
- 1 years of experience in commercial or multi-unit residential property maintenance desired.
- Comprehend and communicate in the English Language, both orally and in writing
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to carry 50+ lbs. up multiple stairs
- Represent the property in a professional manner at all times
- A valid driver's license and automobile insurance
- Basic computer and app proficiency
