About The Position

At BHS Corrugated, we know preventative maintenance is what keeps advanced machinery running at peak performance.
We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in staying ahead of problems — someone who can identify issues before they turn into downtime and step in to fix them when they do.
If you’re a hands-on technician who prefers working on the floor, solving real problems, and keeping production moving — this is the role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics (PLC experience is a plus)
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment preferred
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to maintenance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• PLC troubleshooting (Siemens or Allen-Bradley)
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing or production environments
• Corrugated industry experience

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (inspections, lubrication, cleaning, calibration)
• Identify potential equipment issues and correct them before failure
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems as needed
• Support production by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability
• Document maintenance work and follow established PM schedules
• Work closely with operations to coordinate maintenance with production needs
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
