About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain and repair our Club’s facilities, equipment, and grounds. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and keeping buildings and systems running smoothly. From small repairs to preventative maintenance, this position plays an important role in ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and well maintained for members, guests, and staff. This position is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 8 pm.

Requirements

Experience in general maintenance, facilities, or handyman work
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry basics
Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical or structural issues
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated

Nice To Haves

Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair work across Club facilities
Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Complete carpentry projects including minor construction, repairs, and installations
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Assist with seasonal facility projects and improvements
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance storage areas
Ensure all work follows safety guidelines and operational standards
