As a Maintenance Technician/Dishwasher, your primary goal is to keep our restaurant in good working order. You will work daily at cleaning/maintaining all equipment throughout the restaurant and upkeep of all facilities. This includes but is not limited to mechanical and electrical issues, plumbing, landscape/parking areas, trash corral, and the interior/exterior of our physical building. Each shift will also include dishwashing once all all maintenance tasks are completed. This position plays an important role in creating a 'REMARK'able experience for our guests. Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older, with a High School Degree/GED
  • Basic understanding of mechanical operations and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and on a team.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude, coachable
  • High level of self-organization, attention to detail and understanding the importance of creating a positive impactful 'customer experience'.
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes but is not limited to standing for up to 12 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrate reliability through regular attendance and punctuality
  • Candidate will also be trained to work in our kitchen, front counter or prep areas when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing Preventive Maintenance Programs/Schedules for all major equipment and store systems
  • Performing daily detail cleaning, inspections and regular PM's on all equipment and systems including, water filtration, ventilation, lighting, plumbing, refrigeration and security.
  • Understanding and controlling costs of facility repairs.
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting mechanical failures and electrical outages.
  • All season maintenance includes pressure washing and snow shoveling of sidewalks.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workplace
  • Dishwashing (Combination of handwashing and commercial dishwasher)
