About The Position

We are seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining, repairing industrial converting, and corrugating equipment to minimize downtime.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Personal tools necessary for maintenance tasks
Ability to read and follow instructions on factory masters
Proficient with tape measure
Calculate percentages, measurements, volume, and rates
Apply high school math concepts
Apply common sense to carry out instructions
Problem-solving skills for standardized situations
Knowledge of equipment design and capabilities
Understanding of product layouts and production specifications
Familiarity with quality standards
Regularly stand, walk, talk, and hear
Frequently use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Occasionally sit
Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Specific vision abilities required

Nice To Haves

Experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the Corrugated industry
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload

Responsibilities

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Maintain and optimize equipment performance
Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including programmable controllers, A/C and D/C drives
Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance work
Use maintenance software programs effectively
Train other maintenance staff
Ensure quality control and maximize equipment utilization
Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
Maintain good housekeeping in work areas
Comply with all company policies and procedures
