Requirements

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance principles.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience in maintenance roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• The Maintenance Technician position may require physical exertion, including lifting, carrying equipment, and performing hands-on maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance on car wash equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, making timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Facility Maintenance:
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility, addressing any maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services.
• Preventive Maintenance:
• Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Provide regular reports on equipment and facility status.
