Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Nights) Location: Cameron, WI Why Work With Us: Become part of a growing company with a strong HSE culture Source invests in our employees and their success $2,500.00 SIGNING BONUS Starting hourly wage is $25/ hour with ability for advancement Night shift differential $3/ hour, for night shift FREE Dental Insurance (single coverage), FREE Life Insurance, FREE Long-Term Disability and AD&D Insurance Voluntary coverages available including health, vision, short-term disability, critical illness, accident protection and hospital indemnity insurance 401(k) Match Boot voucher program 80 hours paid vacation time per year Holiday pay Monthly bonus program Referral bonus program EAP (Employee Assistance Program), and a company-wide Health & Wellness Program What You’ll Be Doing: Install, service and maintain production equipment Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on production equipment Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production equipment Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment Lubricate moving parts of equipment in the plant processing circuit. This includes greasing conveyor belt rollers and pulleys, oiling gear drives and bearings, changing oil in conveyor gear boxes and speed reducers, greasing pumps, screens and electrical motors in accordance with lubrication schedules and OEM specifications. Communicate with the production team on maintenance related activities Working a 2-2-3 Schedule (12 hour shifts) Who We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent, preferred. At least 1 year of previous work history in a maintenance position, preferred. Intermediate knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance. Knowledge of parametric and industrial control systems. Excellent troubleshooting abilities. Basic computer skills. Must have excellent attention to detail. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to read, interpret, and apply written procedures. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work well on a team. Valid driver’s license, required.
