About The Position

Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on all plant equipment to ensure continuous production operations. This role requires strong expertise in hydraulics and electrical systems, along with the ability to respond to emergency and unscheduled repairs.

Requirements

• Strong experience with hydraulics and electrical systems (required)
• Proven troubleshooting and repair experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance skills
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency situations
• Understanding of ISO guidelines and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs to support production operations
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions
• Perform a wide range of mechanical tasks as needed
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation
• Comply with ISO standards and company safety policies
