Learn more about us at www.lchcs.com Qualifications: Must be a high school graduate. Must be familiar with OSHA standards and regulations. Will be required to travel between to all sites as needed. Plumbing, light construction, HVAC, electrical, or other similar skills are a plus. Physical Requirements: Must be able to climb a ladder for extended periods of time Must be able to crawl beneath buildings or up in attic spaces Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds Must be able to crawl, squat, stand, climb for extended periods of time Job duties include but are not limited to: Assist with any repairs or preventive tasks Inspect and maintain all furniture for patient or staff use Report any findings to the QI/Risk Management Director and your supervisor Assemble furniture, filing cabinets, and various equipment Salary scales are a range of pay and offers are made to applicants based upon the requirements of the particular position. Applicants with “previous like skills” may not be given the same weight and consideration as “previous specific same skills”: i.e., For a Medical Receptionist position, “Previous clerical skills” may not be preferred over “Previous Medical Clerical Skills”.
