Associates Degree, or technical certificate from an accredited college in a related field. 3+ years of maintenance experience. An equivalent combination of experiences and education may be considered.
Must have valid drivers license.
Must provide proof of personal valid vehicle insurance

OSHA certified preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborates professionally within CHS departments to ensure quality functionality and condition of premises.
Practices autonomy when making decisions that are appropriate for independent judgement and consults Manager of Transportation and Maintenance when necessary.
Performs corrective and preventative maintenance tasks of great variety with a professional and practical mind and attention to detail.
Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
Accepts and carries out special assignments or duties when requested.
