The technician will be responsible for the routine maintenance of the physical integrity of the community, including daily pickup of grounds, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role also involves being on-call for emergencies to support residents. The company embraces technology, with work orders received via a Maintenance Mobile app, and provides a stipend for personal smartphone use to process these orders.
