Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Siena Village and Apartments at Urbana - Dayton/Urbana, OH Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, with an on-call rotation (every 3-4 weeks) Pay Rate: $24 - $30/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives Hiring Bonus: $1000! Requirements

1+ year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
HVAC experience required
Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
Basic computer and smartphone skills
Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance
Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

Responsibilities

Provide support at two different locations
Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks
Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents
Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results
Address emergencies as situations arise or while on-call (services multiple locations)
