The Maintenance Mechanic plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and production equipment. This position is responsible for: Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identifying mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in equipment and facilities, using diagnostic tools and techniques. Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and to minimize downtime. Repairs and Modifications: Conducting repairs on machinery and equipment, as well as making modifications or upgrades to enhance performance and safety. Compliance and Safety: Adhering to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards, including GMPs and SOPs, to ensure a safe working environment. Documentation: Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to track equipment performance and compliance. Collaboration: Working closely with production teams and other maintenance staff to address equipment issues promptly and support production goals. Training and Development: Continuously updating skills and knowledge related to new technologies, equipment, and maintenance practices.
