About The Position

Do you have hands-on experience with tools, repairs, or mechanical work—whether from construction, general labor, facility upkeep, or even DIY projects? We’re hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician who’s ready to grow in the multifamily industry. Relatable experience is all you need—we’ll provide the training!

Requirements

Hands-on experience in general maintenance, construction, repair work, or similar—apartment experience a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn on the job and take direction
Able to lift/move heavy objects, climb stairs, and work outdoors as needed
Strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication skills
Resides within a 20-minute commute
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Responsibilities

Complete basic maintenance tasks in apartments and shared areas (e.g., light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, etc.)
Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner
Assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents (painting, repairs, cleaning)
Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
Help maintain curb appeal by keeping grounds and common areas clean
Be part of our on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance needs
Communicate clearly with residents and the office team
Learn and grow with support from experienced technicians and leaders
