About The Position

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician at our Fifth Street School location! Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping communities safe, functional, and looking their best? We’re looking for a dependable, service-driven Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations and deliver a great resident experience at our 48-unit, Fifth Street School location.

Requirements

• At least one year of maintenance or building maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements
• Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation and work occasional evenings or weekends

Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists
• Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal
• Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and pool areas
• Support seasonal maintenance needs including snow removal and weather preparation
