About The Position

Pinnacle Staffing Group is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and support one of our valued property management partners. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong background in general maintenance, repair work, and unit preparation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in general building maintenance or trade work
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

  • Building Maintenance Perform general maintenance of interior structures Tasks include painting, caulking, concrete repair, door/window/screen replacement, and other related duties
  • Fixtures & Equipment Maintenance Handle plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs Replace sinks, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and related fixtures
  • Exterior & Grounds Upkeep Maintain siding, guttering, and landscaping Tree trimming, mowing, snow removal, and exterior painting
  • Unit Turnover Preparation Get residential units rent-ready by removing debris, repairing walls/floors, painting, and replacing flooring and appliances
  • Equipment & Appliance Repair Troubleshoot and repair washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, HVAC units, locks, and other building-related appliances
  • Training & Support Help orient and train other maintenance or custodial staff as needed
  • Other Duties Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned
