About The Position

Oversee preventative maintenance programs, including scheduling with minimal building service disruption Perform and delegate maintenance tasks while ordering required parts and maintaining inventory Maintain facility relations through prompt, courteous response to requests within Panelmatic guidelines Review and analyze CMMS system data to develop maintenance recommendations with Facility Manager Maintain complete system documentation and update preventative maintenance procedures Monitor contractor work quality and assist with annual contractor reviews Mentor junior technicians and provide professional feedback on maintenance procedures

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 4+ years relevant experience in commercial facilities maintenance
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, equipment repair and maintenance
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and co-workers
• Proficiency in CMMS system as well as computer software programs including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Safety-minded approach and ability to maintain clean, safe workplace
