Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in building maintenance preferred
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace
High school graduate or equivalent
Valid Drivers license required

Responsibilities

Maintain campus, facilities, and equipment by utilizing a variety of building trades
Utilizes work order system to manage and document completed work orders
Assist with snow removal as needed
Ensure safety, quality, and timeliness of completed work
Conduct regular rounds checking fire extinguishers, exit signs, etc.
