Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Have reliable transportation
• Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule
• Carry an owned smartphone device
• High degree of accountability and ownership
• Excellent time management skills
• Internal and external customer service

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community
• Perform services needed for HVAC systems
• Perform services needed for electrical/mechanical systems
• Perform services needed for plumbing
• Perform services needed for grounds
• Perform services needed for structural elements
• Perform services needed for mechanical equipment
• Perform refurbishment of apartments
