Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Indian Lookout - West Carrollton, OH Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation every 3rd week Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions, incentives, and bonus potential Bring Your Skills If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day. A minimum of 1 year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough Basic computer and smartphone skills Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position Make an Impact As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll keep our apartment communities safe, welcoming, and in top condition. Requirements

• Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
• Valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
• Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
