About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and upgrading a variety of production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure. This is a key hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or Associate’s degree in a trade field
  • Minimum score of 40–49 on the Ramsey Maintenance Test
  • Proficiency in fabrication skills (welding, machining, etc.)
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Ability to read schematics, prioritize workload, and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts for coverage as needed

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
  • Perform product/machine changeovers and preventative maintenance
  • Operate diagnostic and measurement tools and maintain accurate work order records
  • Follow safety procedures, GMP, and SQF guidelines
  • Operate a wide range of shop tools and equipment (welders, presses, grinders, etc.)
  • Support a positive and safe work environment
  • Train and assist other team members as needed
