About The Position

Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately Delivers various communications to residents as needed Provide the best quality customer service to our residents Must be able to work on-call

Requirements

• HVAC certified preferred - training opportunities available
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
