About The Position

Maintenance Technician Younes Hospitality is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team to provide general maintenance and repair services to the hotel and property grounds. The successful candidate will have experience in a variety of maintenance and repair activities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance. The Maintenance Technician must be able to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently, while also following safety protocols. Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance on hotel rooms, common areas, and equipment. Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper operation. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities. Inspect and maintain pool areas by testing pool levels and checking pumps. Perform troubleshooting and repairs on all equipment as needed. Identify and report any safety issues or concerns. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Perform other duties as requested. As a Maintenance Technician, you will work five days a week and must be able to work on weekends and some holidays. Day hours are guaranteed for this position.
