A day in the life: The Maintenance Technician supports facility operations by performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across multiple buildings. This role ensures equipment, systems, and structures remain in optimal condition to meet client needs and safety standards. What you’ll do as an Exceptional Team Member Responsible for emergency maintenance service as scheduled Maintenance to include changing lights bulbs, light plumbing, etc. Complete work assignments in a timely manner Trash pickup outside of building and parking lot Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment on property, if assigned Use and maintain equipment properly Operate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned Ability to work without normal supervision Reports safety hazards as appropriate Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees What you’ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member Minimum of (1) year commercial related experience Strong communication skills Must be willing to work assigned hours The Harvard Promise Join our team of Extraordinary People committed to delivering Exceptional Service. Requirements

Minimum of (1) year commercial related experience
Strong communication skills
Must be willing to work assigned hours

Responsibilities

Responsible for emergency maintenance service as scheduled
