Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• HVAC experience required
• Experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance
• Ability to work on-call as needed
• Reliable transportation and basic tools required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physically able to walk property, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25lbs

Nice To Haves

• EPA Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform general apartment repairs: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems
• Respond to service requests and after-hours emergencies
• Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities
• Manage maintenance supplies and equipment
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
