About The Position

We’re hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed bottle manufacturing facility. This role focuses on keeping production equipment running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime in a fast-paced, automated environment.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in manufacturing, bottling, packaging, or plastics environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production setting
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Technical or vocational training a plus
• Experience with high-speed automated equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on production equipment
• Inspect machines and systems to prevent breakdowns
• Respond to equipment failures and production issues
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Work with PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, pumps, and valves
• Install and replace machine parts and components
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with production leaders
• Complete maintenance logs and service reports
• Support basic fabrication and welding projects
• Follow all safety and continuous improvement standards
