About The Position

Aegis Worldwide Maintenance Technician 2nd SHIFT/$28-$30/hr/FULL TIME Indianapolis, IN Overview: Aegis Worldwide is curently partnered with a slow release medication coating systems manufacturer. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing filters to keep equipment running properly. Troubleshoot and fix basic issues with machines and equipment. Replace common parts like belts, bearings, fuses, and light bulbs. Respond to maintenance issues and emergencies, including occasional off-shift support. Assist senior technicians and contractors with repairs while following safety guidelines. Track and complete work orders, document work performed, and help manage parts and tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or general maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and perform basic repairs.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team.
• Self-motivated, organized, and focused on safety and quality.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PLCs, control systems, HVAC, or boilers is a plus.
