About The Position

At Legacy Vacation Resorts - andCo Hospitality, the company creates unforgettable getaways. They are seeking a behind-the-scenes superstar to join their Florida-based corporate team to maintain their resorts across Florida, Nevada, Colorado, and New Jersey. The role involves setting the stage for memorable guest experiences from the ground up, ensuring properties are in excellent condition.

1+ year of experience in hands-on repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and appliances.
Comfortable with a flexible schedule.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift, climb, squat, crawl, and push/pull throughout the day.
Committed to safety and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

Perform guest suite fixes including plumbing, painting, patching, and electrical work.
Conduct regular preventative maintenance to keep the property in optimal condition.
Diagnose equipment issues and perform precision repairs.
Respond to emergency fixes promptly.
Utilize hand and power tools such as drills, meters, and saws.
Execute tasks involving carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other diverse maintenance skills.
Identify and flag operational or material issues before they escalate.
Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Maintain clean, functional, and organized workspaces.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
