About The Position

At Inclusive Housing Resources (IHR), our Maintenance Technicians keep our homes safe, functional, and well-maintained for individuals with developmental disabilities. You’ll work a predictable weekday schedule, receive clear work orders, and have the support and tools needed to do the job right. Inclusive Housing Resources manages approximately 150 housing units across Hamilton, Butler, and Clermont counties, providing safe, supportive housing for individuals with developmental disabilities. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of hands-on residential or building maintenance experience with consistent employment history
Practical knowledge in two or more skilled trades
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands-on work
Proven record of reliable attendance and completing work as scheduled
Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) and ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Complete daily work orders across multiple housing locations
Perform repairs and maintenance in areas such as: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Appliances
Troubleshoot issues efficiently and make quality repairs the first time
Prioritize work orders and manage your time independently
Maintain a professional and respectful presence when working in occupied homes
