Valiant Residential is actively hiring Apartment Maintenance Professionals for multiple communities across Irving, North Dallas, and Lewisville, TX. If you have experience in apartment maintenance, HVAC, make ready, or general property maintenance, we want to meet you! Requirements
- If you have a Valiant Spirit—bold, driven, and ready to make an impact—we want you on our team.
- Experience in apartment maintenance or a trade that requires basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with team members, residents, vendors, and other stakeholders. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- EPA (refrigerant, transition, and recovery certification).
- Own a basic set of hand tools.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general service requests
- Reliable and safety-focused
- Make Ready candidates should have experience with unit turns, painting, drywall repair, and general punch work.
- Groundskeepers should have experience with property upkeep, curb appeal, and basic maintenance support.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
