About The Position

Maintenance Technician Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician for our Pinewood I & II apartment community located in Pooler, GA. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.

Requirements

• Candidates must have two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience.
• Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license are required.
• must be able to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification and working experience preferred.
