As the Maintenance Technician, you will be a key team player in the upkeep of the property by responding to service requests and completing repairs promptly while possessing a strong background in plumbing, general carpentry, and appliance repairs. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, leadership, and residents. Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently. A passion for chasing excellence and providing exemplary customer service. Maintain cleanliness of property by maintaining and repairing issues across parking lot, buildings, and all common areas. Clean out vacated apartments. Assist the Groundskeeper with service requests as needed. Address issues with landscaping and snow/ice removal. Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers even in difficult situations. Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, and company-utilized software. Meet task deadlines as assigned
