About The Position

Trex is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to join their Operations team at a new facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is crucial for supporting production equipment repairs and upgrades, as well as performing general and preventive maintenance. The position requires a high level of accountability, coordination, and a focus on relationships. Initially, the role will involve regular travel to other established Trex locations for training. Requirements

• 2-4 years of Industrial Maintenance Experience
• A High School Diploma (or GED)
• High mechanical aptitude
• Welding experience
• Ability to wear the required PPE
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to attend off-site training classes (1-2 weeks per year, with proper notice)

Nice To Haves

• An associate degree in industrial maintenance
• Experience as a Maintenance Lead or Maintenance Specialist

• Participate in additional duties as required by the department team lead or manager.
