Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Understanding of OSHA safety requirements and LOTO
- Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
- Mechanical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls
Nice To Haves
- Boiler or MIG/TIG welding experience is helpful
- Ability to work overtime when needed
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment
- Performing preventive maintenance and completing required inspections
- Supporting building repairs including plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general upkeep
- Partnering with the maintenance team to identify and resolve recurring issues
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards and Tosca protocols
- Strictly following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
