About The Position

We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service individual with an upbeat, positive and "can do" attitude. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment punch; general plumbing; general electrical; pool operations; grounds; and assisting with snow removal. Ability to work Monday to Friday. Shared on-call responsibility is required. Weekend availability is also required. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. Five years previous apartment maintenance experience required. HVAC certification and CPO certification preferred but not required. Join a winning team and enjoy a great working environment!
