About The Position

Job responsibilities: Our maintenance team is responsible for providing services involving repairs and maintenance of structures, electrical systems, plumbing, washers/ dryers, and HVAC systems.
Requirements
- HSD or equivalent
- 2 years related experience.
- Technical training in maintenance repair.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
Nice To Haves
- plumbing license/ certifications
- painting experience
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair to structures and systems throughout the center.
- Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork.
- Install window shades or coverings and security locks.
- Direct students assigned to the maintenance department.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks of buildings and equipment.
