What You'll Do Start your day from home: We send your schedule the night before so you can hit the ground running. Master the mix: Handle 3–5 jobs a day at a variety of homes, apartments, and townhomes. Stay connected: Upload notes and photos from each job on a company-provided phone. Communicate: Stay in sync with dispatch and your teammates throughout the day-no one is ever left hanging. Be our eyes and ears: Speak up when you see something off; we trust your expertise in the field. Finish strong: Wrap up your day knowing you actually made a difference for a resident.

Requirements

Intermediate Drywall Repair: Proven ability to float, texture, and match finishes seamlessly.
Minor Plumbing: Expertise in changing faucets and supply lines, troubleshooting systems, and swapping toilets.
Minor Electrical: Solid understanding of electrical systems, including replacing light fixtures and outlets.
Project Management: The ability to work independently and manage your own time to finish a full scope of work.
General Repairs: All-around handiness in carpentry, flooring repairs, millwork, tilework, basic masonry, and alarm systems.
2 years of residential maintenance experience (more is always a plus!).
Solid hands-on skills across multiple trades.
Your own tools, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license.
Comfort with mobile tech-we use apps to keep the business moving.
A mindset that says: "No excuses. Let's solve it."

Pay: $25 per hour.
