As the Maintenance Technician we need someone who can make adjustments to machines and equipment for proper operation. Primary Objective Operates and performs various electrical and mechanical duties on machines and equipment used in the production of tile.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of electrical code.
1-year or more industrial maintenance experience.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)

Nice To Haves

Formal PLC training preferred.

Responsibilities

Examines machines and equipment to diagnose the source of trouble.
Dismantles machines and performs repairs.
Makes necessary adjustments to machines and equipment for proper operation.
Performs electrical repairs and installations.
Performs welding and plumbing repairs.
Conducts scheduled preventative maintenance procedures.
Informs supervisor of operational status of equipment and notifies of any problem areas.
Follows ISO operating procedures.
Keeps work area safe, clean and organized.
Performs other related duties as required
