About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for, but not limited to, preparing vacant units and routine and emergency maintenance of 100+ housing units.

Nice To Haves

• Basic to intermediate plumbing, electrical, carpentry (when no license is required)
• Excellent people and communication skills
• One or more years of experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Certifications in Electricity, Plumbing, Carpentry, A Plus
