About The Position

The Delaney at Georgetown Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the community. Full-time Tuesday - Saturday $20 per hour Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician: Perform general maintenance and repair duties may include fixture installations, plumbing, minor electrical and appliance repairs, floor coverings, and some furniture installations with minimal supervision. Conduct preventive maintenance on complicated systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, pumping and motor systems, electrical and emergency generator systems, domestic water systems and all other aspects. Performs painting and refurbishing projects as assigned. Maintains accurate and timely inspection logs and recordkeeping as directed. Performs building and equipment repairs for both interior and exterior as needed in changing environments and temperatures Accomplishes assignments in a timely and professional manner Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum one year experience in building maintenance Starting pay is $20.00/hour, based on experience.
