About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair work, as well as a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Responsibilities: - Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and facilities - Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order - Mowing lawn and all landscaping, snow removal, janitorial duties, cleaning, painting, all maintenance issues - Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner - On call schedule required - Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair work - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are a motivated individual with a passion for maintenance and repair work, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Requirements
