About The Position
Maintenance Technician – | Electrical + Hydraulic Pro Wanted! Location: Slinger, WI Pay Rate: $28-$30 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 1st Shift Facility Type: Distribution Center Ready to Be the Backbone of Our Operation? We’re on the hunt for a mid-level Maintenance Technician who knows their way around electrical panels, hydraulic systems, and fast-paced environments. If you’re the kind of person who can fix it before anyone else even knows it’s broken—you belong here. What You’ll Do: Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on conveyors, forklifts, dock doors, and more Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (motors, sensors, relays, control panels) Diagnose and maintain hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders) Keep detailed records in our CMMS system Ensure all work orders are completed accurately and on time Hold external contractors accountable for quality, safety, and timely completion of work Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimize downtime
Requirements
- Age of 18 or older
- 3–5 years of industrial or warehouse maintenance experience
- Strong skills in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Comfortable with tools, meters, and diagnostic gear
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
- Work closely with operations and safety teams to keep everything running smooth
