Experienced Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8 am - 5 pm Location: Renwood Apartment Homes - 9002 186th Ave E, Bonney Lake, WA 98391 Tarragon Property Services is a leading company in the property management industry, with a strong focus on providing exceptional services. Requirements
- 1 year or more of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or a related trade
- Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to use a computer and the tracking systems used at the property
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations
- Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, and crouch as needed
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and more
- Complete work orders and prepare units for new residents
- Rotate on-call for emergency maintenance
- Order supplies and keep accurate records
- Maintain safety and property standards
