About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Phoenix, AZ area . This is a second shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $22/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Clean and maintain stone floors (stripping, waxing, polishing) Operate low- and high-speed floor cleaning machines (buffers, scrubbers, burnishers) Address specific needs for various stone surfaces (e.g., marble, granite, terrazzo) Perform general janitorial tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting) Assist with facility maintenance and minor repairs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in janitorial/maintenance, specializing in floor care
- 3+ years operating floor cleaning machines (buffers, scrubbers, burnishers)
- Expertise in stone floor care (stripping, waxing, polishing)
