About The Position

Kent Quality Foods, a premier manufacturer of specialty meat products, is seeking an experienced professional to join our technical operations at it's Grand Rapids facility in the position of 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician. We are a well-established business with five decades of success, and even though you may not know our name, you will surely know our products . Our 3rd shift Maintenance Tech. will be involved with machine modifying, machine building and maintenance of down equipment, electricity and electrical controls. The following skill set is required: Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and/or electrical problems Preventative maintenance experience Machine repair proficiency Pneumatic and hydraulic repair knowledge Ammonia refrigeration experience A strong work ethic; able to work independently Electrical and schematic experience Variable Frequency Drives Wiring and Communication 24-480vac & 24vdc electrical troubleshooting Kent Quality Foods offers a competitive wage and benefits package, year-end bonus, 401k) benefit and comprehensive health insurance benefits.
